Romeo, seriously, when you go to someone’s house, you break his Hukka, and Yeh his Malangni, they will hate you for that. No one hates anyone without a valid reason. I am not saying that hatred of US in the Muslim world is due to a valid reason, but what I am suggesting is that one type of hate is purely out of ignorance (e.g., American’s hatred of Muslims) and the other type of hate is out of a sense of superiority solidified and enforced by one’s scripture and religious beliefs. When Quran says that Jews and Christians cannot be your friends, it has to leave some mark on some un-refined people.
