Why do people fall in Love?

Okay, I admit my mistake. People fall in love not because they have nothing better to do.

I think we fall in love with a person when we have this feeling to be around him, to spend more time with him.

It’s similar to the example of loving our God, we pray out of love to be with Him.

Do we fall in love BECAUSE we spend more time with a person?

Or can we fall in love with someone we spend no time with???
