i’m a little surprised by those blaming it off on south indians. do you even know any indians? if anything it is your fellow north-indians, especially punjabis and hindiwalay, who have this comical love-hate relationship with pakistanis. these are the people who will be the nicest to you as well as by far the meanest. south-indians don’t really have any personal family tales of grudges and kinship with pakistan to be judgemental by, most have nothing in common with pakistanis, they could be mexicans to them.

Came here doing search on Pakistan. Liked the community. So stuck around. There hardly was discussion of Pakistan growing up. Left India way before tensions flared up.

It is the uniqueness of this site that keeps me here. And the fact overwhelming no of folks are decent.

Also for my generation this concept of hate towards pak is foreign. Probably main reason is internet. Where certain segments foster hate and divisiveness. This thread has a reference to Pakistanis who would get offended if truth is told abt indians..
