You know how here in America if you're being stared at or realize some body is checking you out you simply look back at them and usually they pretend they were looking above you or around you. It's vice versa in Pakland in my opinion cause I remember men staring as if they've never seen a women before. Not only is it annoying but causes people to pick fights for a reason that could've easily been prevented. I remember going to clifton and had to pick 2 fights within an hour cause they left me no choice.
