What’s different is the fat/muscle percentages; Men have a better muscle:fat ratio than women because we produce more testosterone and hence more muscle fibre.

Umm also, that is on a pound for pound basis. So yeah, that’s why men are ‘stronger’ than women. Well most unless you’re talking about limp wristed pansies like that dude from Twilight or Harry Potter.

it is because of our biological makeup. We hardly try to do this type of things in our daily life, so our body is not tuned to it. Boys do it more often so it is routine for them. However, males are regarded more muscular and have more physical strength.
