Perhaps, the actual wordings were incorrect but the idea was right. What Muzna must have meant was symbols/figures of living object even if the object was a living thing of past.

these are interesting pics. the dumb conquistadors and their cronies the spanish and portuguese christian missionaries thought they had “saved” the native incans after killing them in large numbers and converting the rest to their backwardly faith of virgin-male-pope worship. but instead they ended up with the locals still parading mummies of their old kings, their real gods, but under the umbrella of their own churches. a finger the face of the catholic church that will always be.
