So did i, but u dont always get wat u want... sometimes its all about compromise... at d end of d day u shuld b happy for wat u get... and wats more important id rather b wid sumone who loves me more than i do him, than sumone who loves himself.. lol

In a desi culture every mom wants a chand ka tukra for their not-so-handsome son so mostly pretty girls end up with an average looking guy who is financially well off!!!

Thats so true…I’ve seen that happen in my family too…My cousin is VERY sound financially…but not so much in the looks department…so my aunt searched for like 3-4 yrs until she tumbled upon this really really pretty girl…and got them married…but the best part is that she seems to think that her husband is the best looking guy around..:D…I think it also works like that in arrange marriages cuz the girl’s parents believe that way when they are considering a proposal…they think looks are not so important for a guy but financial stability is…and the prettier their daughter is..the more stable guy she can end up with…or something along those lines…
I have seen that happen too often…average looking guys getting married to very pretty gals…and vice versa…
u hardly see a couple that are both equally good looking…but a lot of couples where both are average looking…
