It's more common in women and the hadith is just a warning for us women, but having said that, when men become na-shukray there's no one who can save them from God's wrath. (remember Bani Israil?)

They whine and act like they've been maimed and are handicapped for life.

That goes for the majority of them.

I think every person is na-shukra once in a while but women normally vent it out & express it while men keep it to themselves ..
