Reasons behind why Americans are fat

Fast food restaurants: Apparently, only the fast food restaurants in America are the ones that can result in obesity. Countless other countries have McDonalds, but I don’t see their people walking around in packs of fat, hungry savages.

Modern technology: We play too much Xbox. Others strongly argue that it’s all PlayStation 2s fault. Then there’s the third party saying it’s GameCube. Damn those Nintendo b*******! … What they must realize is that the reason is not any of these gaming systems, or any other technological advance, but simply because of the time and effort Americans put into sitting on their couch committing themselves to it. Disgusting.

Unlimited Eating: I don’t know what folks don’t understand about the 3-meals-a-day routine. Pushing that idea aside, Americans eat “small snacks” here and there (meaning like every other 5 minutes) to assure themselves that they are simply “eating light”. Well, if they’re gonna “eat light” for the entire freakin day, then that would calculate to about a total of 12 meals in a day. Some Americans just don’t get the fact that you don’t just continuously eat even when you’re not hungry. The fat and calories must be clogging up their brain tubes as well as their arteries.

Beer: You drink it. You get what they call a beer belly. You are now fat. Congratulations and welcome to the club.

Comparison: People look around and see other fat people everywhere so they, in turn, feel that they are fine when it comes to weight…even though they’re like 5 feet tall and weigh 140. No, it’s not encouragement or confidence; it’s more like false advertisement. People that are average in weight are accused of being anorexic. Yea, well I don’t see why the fat people get all spazzy when you say “tu es GRANDE”

Conclusion:
From the information I have just discussed above, I have come to a final conclusion. The great nation of America will, in fact, begin to sink within a few years due to the incapability of the land being able to support so many fatasses.

Recent studies show that some people can eat as MANY fatty foods/junk/chips as they want and their cholesterol levels will not get high.

others may just eat a little fatty food and have high cholesterol levels.

so it depends on the genes you have been blessed with
