Re: Why Allah chose Mecca for Last prophet.

:salam2:

Allah SWT said in Surah Al Imran 3:97,98

Bakka: same as Makka; perhaps an older name. The foundation of the Ka’ba goes back to Abraham, but there are place associations in the sacred territory with the names of Adam and Eve, e.g., Arafat, the Mount of Mercy.

‘Alamin’: all the words; all kinds of beings; all nations; all creatures.

Many ‘Mufasareen’ and "Muarakeen’ have different opinions about where Hazrat Adamn :as: and Hazrat Hawa :as: were taken off on this earth. According to the above verses both were taken off on different places in this world, but the get togethered at ‘Arafaat’ near Makkah in Hajaz. Hazrat Adam’s :as: language was ‘arabic’.

Some ‘Mufasareen’ says Hazrat Adam taken off to this earth in egypt. Some ‘Muarakeen’ wrote Hazrat Adam 'as" taken off to and island in Hindustan called ‘Lanka’ and that time He had ‘Hijr-e-aswad’ stone with him which he brought with him to Hijaz.

Moreover they wrote that Hazrat Adam brought with him good smells (perfume or atar), fruits and spices thats why the perfumes or atar, fruits and spices are famous in these countries. (4).

Arab Country:

Located South West of subcontinent Asia, Hence it is surrounded by sea from three sides and from fourth side by ‘Darya-e-farat’ which cover it like and island. That’s why Arab country is named as ‘Island of Arab (Jazeera-e-arab)’. On North side of it, Shaam, Iraq, and at west side ‘red sea’ (Bahera-e-kulzam) are located which 77km away from Makkah. South side surrounds ‘hind sea’ and at east side Khaleej Oman and Khaleej-e- Faris.

Geographic’s scholars divided these lands in eight categories as per nature of lands:

1- Hajaz
Hajaz is located in west bank near ‘red sea’ (Bahera-e-kulzam). The west bank land is named as ‘Tahama’, ‘yaghoor’ which is lower part of this land. The east of Hajaz called “Najjad” which is higher part of this land. Although Hajaz is in the middle of Tahama and Najjad, that’s why this area is called named Hajaz. Hajaz contains the following Islamic historical lands: Makkah, Madina, Badar, Uhad, Khaibar, Fidak, Hanin, Taif, Tabook, and Ghadeer-km etc.

Hazart Shoaib’s :as: city “Madi’an” located at the boundary of Tabook near ‘red sea’. Till today we can see the traces of ‘Qoum-e-Samood’ at ‘Al Qur’a valley’ in Al-Hajar area.

Taif is the most greenish and coldest land in Hajaz and its ‘Mewa’ are famous world-widely.

Geographically, If we see this Arab country on globe, then we assume that this Arab country is located in the middle of Europe and three biggest African sub continentals and this is how we understand if Almighty Allah SWT! Want to make a center point on this earth (globe) then the best place will be Arab country i.e. Makkah which is in the middle of all.

Allah SWT! know best.
