Why not China , Japan , India or any other country , they had bigger population than Mecca and its vicinity and they were idol worshipers too ?
They needed guidance also , No ?
Why not some tribe of Africa , they were more barbaric than Arabs of those days ?

Please help me . I am so confused.

Maybe its because it was the most geographically ideal location? Its called the MIDDLE East for a reason.
