Why Allah chose Mecca for Last prophet.

Re: Why Allah chose Mecca for Last prophet.

The other prophets which were sent before Muhammad PBUH were the prophets only for certain geographical area and were only required to preach the religion of God to the people Allah told them to. Jesus (AS) was a prophet sent only for Bani-Israel, Noah (AS) for His people etc. However, in the case of Muhammad PBUH, Allah sent Him to mankind as Rehmatul lilaalameen. He(SAW) was not only the prophet to Arabia, but a prophet for every religion, ethnicity, race etc. confirming the books and messenger of Allah before Him. He (SAW) was not only the last of the law-bearing prophets, but also the most exalted, the most blessed, the most best, the most beloved of Allah and the perfect human being.

Being last in its literal meaning is nothing good , or determines someones superiority over other prophets, so therefore people died before Muhammad PBUH will be judged based on their level of taqwa and how much have they followed the prophet before Muhammad PBUH.

There’s no logic needed to be understood here. Also, being last in its literal sense as you are taking it does not guarantee that the teaching He(SAW) brought to us will remain in its purest form either. Mankind will always be in need of someone to rescue them from jahaalat. There were countless prophets who came to Bani-Israel even when they had the book from Allah. Theres ignorance spreading everywhere even after having the perfect book , Quran. But thats a whole new topic altogether which i will not go further in to.

Point im trying to make here is that one should not see Muhammad PBUH as just limited to Arabia. The teachings He (SAW) brought reach beyond man made borders and its our duty as Muslims to reach out to people who havent heard of Islam and teach them Islam and show them acting upon it.

Allah says, today i have done my favor upon you and chose Islam for you as your religion. So theres no point of Allah sending last prophets to every nation when theres only one true path left to be followed. Sure, it would take years if not centuries to reach every single human being with the true message of Islam, the task is tough but surely not impossible.

Hope i made sense.
