whose going to be a 2010 bride????

no im 100% sure its for anyone but with that u loose an inch or so instantly wich mite make a difference to sum but it can easily be done by maintaing a healthy balanced diet, drinking plenty off water wich will also help flush out our nasty toxins and just a little bit of excercise is good.

last year i was on this diet called the cambridge diet....duno if any1 of u guys have herad of it but its quite expensive to be on, i was paying £30 a week for my food supplements but with 4days of sticking to that i did loose a couple of pounds and by a month if you corectly and stictly follow the diet u can loose a stone in a month.

its basically powered milkshakes wihch u'll have three times a day, and thats ur breakfast lunch dinner etc and drink water.nothing else wat so ever, not even a chewing gum as even that contains calories etc and you have to carry on with your everyday life, same activiteis liek swimming etc for example i duno about u guys but during ramzan wen i fast i become more lazy than ever and me not eating, i tend to use that as an excuse not to do my usual chores and seem to laze around on the couch or in bed trynA kill tym if u get wat i mean so thats a no no! so thats another way to loose teh weight and i know its easier said than done but the thought of not food and 3 milkshakes a day may sound drastic and hard but its really not that bad as results are shown quick wich gives you more motivation.
