Taniyatina this is a forum about experiences with sellers, and you must have to take criticism.I believe I have fair points, also I sell clothes too, and try to listen to my customers rather than be defensive. I can only talk about my recent experience with you. My last experience was disappointing, can you imagine out of all 8 suits I ordered I only had one that was correct. For you to suggest that I send clothes back with someone I know to Pakistan for you to correct it is not plausible. Many of us order from Facebook vendors like yourself as we don’t have the opportunity to go to Pakistan or no longer have family links there. We come to depend on people like yourself. I did cancel my order for Yahsir Waheed based on my last experience. If I don’t have good experience why should I reorder again. This is my right. Everything is based on experience and I didn’t want to lose more money. I have used you previously and had very good experience, thats why I don’t want to put anyone off buying from you because you have delivered some nice clothes. So I’m not here to slate you but based on my last experience I am personally weary of ordering again with you. I hope you understand and its nothing personal I hope others have good experiences with you. As I said maybe there are valid excuses you may be very busy with lawn season whatever it maybe.

Calm down! I already said that i dont believe in blame game. But yes i have admitted my part of mistake and same goes for you too. After exchanging so many emails and confirming order, just on the nick of time backing out of payment is very unprofessional … you should admit this. I agree to your point that you should be careful while placing next order you have all the right to decide to go ahead or not but not after re-enforced commitments you are seller yourself so you understand better.I always love criticism as i believe that its the only way to perfection. I always invite people to write their suggestions and comments on the wall… and you can see many on our wall. Anyways i believe in GOD and Insha’ALLAH whatever i did in good faith will pays off soon with blessings
