The history that you quoted includes the years when the golden greats like Imran, Miandad, Akram etc were playing.

Look back at the last 40-50 games and its going to be a pretty different statistic

2000s means since 2000!! i.e. last 8.5 years

Imran played his last ODI in 1992, Miandad in 1996
