It could be that you refused to see the power of Blogs and the horizons it may cover that simple journals can never do… … I remember back when windows 95 came in, the old school of win 3.0/3.1 refused to move their behind to new OS… but they were forced to for their own good:wink:
I am sure that the Blogs may be the way ahead but GS and Alldosts are two separate brands, and therefore products. Some people may like Alldosts but personally I prefer GS and not having journals takes something away from GS.
Its not about moving with the times as you pointed out. Its about personal preferences, its about consumer choice, let people decide whether they prefer a journal or a blog and don’t force feed them.
it was just an additional feature that was provided for the time being before the Blogs in allDost would kick in… now that the more functional version of the feature was available in allDost, GS journals were frozen in time…
personally, I do not like the word blog either.. hence, Journals may be back but in some other space
