Jessica should tell Amelia that Fred tried to hit on her and that he is not worth the hassle. Then Jessica should wait a couple of weeks and ask Fred out for a date.

honey bun....the advice is simple. ASk yourself whose friendship is more important to you.
If it's Fred, then dump Amelia. If Amelia, then dump Fred. Just stop talking to him. Plus, it's haraam to talk to unmarried men without a mehram(c). This is copyrighted, so don't duplicate.
