AYESHA (SAJID) KHAN is the daughter of Kunwar Sajid Ali Khan and Nudrat. **
**Sajid, a banker himself, worked at UBL till 1980 when he got a break at BCCI Abudhabi...and worked there till 1996 to return to Pakistan at the MCB as GM at Lahore.

*Nudrat is distantly related to me. At Abudhabi she taught at AL NAHDA school...but that cute pretty little thing Ayesha studied at AL WOROOD school where my wife was a senior mistress and my three daughters studied from 1983 through 1990 till we shifted to Dubai. *

The 07 years at Abudhabi......saw my daughters and Ayesha come close and spending weekends together became a routine....and it was THEN that I told Sajid and Nudrat that AYESHA has immense talents and would make it big on mini-screen. Sajid was in favor but Nudrat thought better to stay away from showbiz.

Back in Lahore from 1996....and during my visits to the walled city on business tours and drama recordings......Ayesha regularly exhibited her keen desire to get a break in some serial or TV play......till, without my indulgence or reference to anyone, she was spotted by Javed Fazil for Afreen Baig's serial with Filmstar Sana (I dont remember the name of that serial) and that was the take off point for her....as right after that serial.. Ayesha got another major break in Sajjad Gul's MEHENDI directed by Javed Fazil which had Humayun Saeed, Adnan Siddiqi, Aijazz Aslam, Amna Haq, Fizza Ali's debut, Ayesha Khan and Abid Ali and Jehanara Hai. Of the three girls...the strongest role and performance was of AYESHA and she flew over the rest....thus ensuring her place amongst top female artiste of Pak-Showbiz.

AYESHA lives right next to my complex in Clifton and often visits us. Calls me Raju Mamoon. Often visits Canada at her Uncles and Khalas.....and indeed...she is a beautiful lady by all counts with classic manners and geity.

Let her return from Dubai...will try and record her message for posting on this thread.
