Good looking? I would rather classify the best PERSONALITIES over all. Not the looks but how strong their personalities are:

Females:

1. Nazia Hassan

  • Always and forever she will remain the best personality of all.

2. Shehnaz Sheikh

  • Even though she remained with least or no make up in Ankahi but her attractive personality in both Ankahi and Tanhaaniyan has no match. She’s left a deep impression. Im just in love with her personality and the characters she played in both the serials.

3. Atiqa Odhu

  • She’s charming, attractive, pretty and very soft spoken.
  1. I also loved Bindiya in the drama serial DIN and ‘Raani’ in another drama serial I cannot recall the name of. In which she suffers from cancer. She’s brilliant in that play and also her looks and personality. Also Saba Hameed has a good personality and acting skills.

Males:

1. Hamaiyon Saeed

  • He looks good on screen and in photographs.

2. Junaid Jamshed

  • Had a very good personality but not anymore.

3. Qazi Wajid

  • His acting in Tanhaaiyan and Dhoop Kinare is unforgetable.

4. Shoaib Mansoor

  • An element of mystery associated with this personality behind, Vital Signs, ‘Gulls and Guys’, Alpha Bravo Charlie, because you never ever see him socializing in celebrity shows and parties. I’ve never seen a single interview of him. And until Khuda Kay Liye came out, I did not even know how he looked like. Seems like he shuns away the lime light but the lime light shines upon his name (because he himself can never been seen on tv/interviews :bummer: ) due to his excellent work.

Exactly, exatly, I wanna know. Why does she not act anymore? She was simply brilliant in 'DIN'. I loved her character and her acting and she was the only one with an uncovered head (Zia era) in the whole serial. I loved her guts.

Thanks for the update about Bindya. Perhaps you can record her interview for Paklinks/GS members and post it in that other thread of yours. It would be awsome.

Many celebs have moved to States. I run into Amber Ayyub and Talat Iqbal all the time in Dallas. Her Sister Anita was one year senior than me in Govt. College of Commerece and Eco. in Karachi. Wonder where she is now.

Tallat Iqbal was doing a radio show here in dallas recently. He did that for a few months. He was my favorite in my childhood days. Couldn't believe how much he has changed when I saw him recently.

I knew that Ismail Shah and Wahid Mourad are no more with. Their memories will always stay with us though.

who played Ishaa’s character? Don’t know her real
name but here she is in the title song. I wonder what
happened to her. Never saw her in any other drama
after that. Anyways I think she is really cute.

At this moment.. her name is slipping outta my mind…but a bit of detail without name is that she is the daughter of Sarmad Sehbai who was earlier married to Aamir Zaki..and after their split she married someone in UK and got settled there.

Zulfi cast her in his serial ANSOO recorded at Scotland (2004 I reckon?) where my neice MAHEEN played the leading role…

Nabeel agrees with me on above info but he too cant recollect this tall lady’s name…

Rahat Kazmi ( As appeared in Dhoop Kinaray)- it's his voice and diction and yeah he's easy on he eyes as well.

***Excuse me..what do u mean by "no more"? Everyone has their own choice,but dont say stuff like Mr Shoaib Mansoor says...Please... JJ is far handsome than what he was before....I envy that man.....i really am JEALOUS of him...he's very lucly that he returned to Allah....

P.S. All my life i loved shoaib mansoor,until he made KKL and destroyed his image in alot of Pakistanis.....

By 'not anymore', I mean that I do not like his new personality of a mullah AT ALL. He spoiled his image. And sorry to say, if he wanted to turn to Allah, he could have just done that without making it so public and still looking for more publicity as a mullah or naat-khuwaan. I would have respected him that way regardless of his new look but in some of his naat videos , he just comes across as a fame-starved idiotic mullah and to be recognised as a 'God's lover'. Sorry to say but that's my opinion of his new image. He could have just gone private in his affairs if his heart had really turned to Allah, not make stupid videos of himself in a long beard and put them up on satellite.

Regarding Shoaib Mansoor, I am yet to watch KKL because it is still not out on DVDs in Pakistan so cannot put my personal review of it but Shoaib Mansoor is respectable due to his God gifted talent and perfectionism.

and what is Shoaib Mansoor? denier of Hadeeth????how much talent he has,he's denier of Hadeeth...Shoaib Mansoor is a man of wisdom n what he did..oh God sometimes i think how unluckt r is the person who says"Main ne JJ ke liyay kia nahee kiya,and uss ne kiya diya mujhay??Sab kuch chor diya?Itnay logo ki muhabbat,apnay fans,sab lkuch chor diyay uss ne??" Shoaib Mansoor needs to know that Junaid Jamshed left fans n music for Allah and now MashaAllah he has more fans than ever..and SM just completely destroyed his image......huh!

That's great. Can you also tell Zeba Bakhtiyar that I am her HUGEST fan:) I loved her ever since I saw her long play, Anarkali(?). The charachter she portrayed was so innocent, sad and vulnerable, and GORGEOUS!

Marina Khan was very attractive, especially in Dhoop Kinare. Her hairstyles used to be such a rave back in 90's.

I remember seeing Raani in two tv serials, one was 'Piyaas', and the other was in Fareb (I liked that drama a lot, for some reason, though the theme has been beaten to death). Which one are you referring to? Din is one of my favourite t.v. serials. Back then, Amjad Islam's plays were something that everyone eagerly looked forward to.
