The role of Imams is very simple to make sure that the legacy of Islam i.e Quran & Sunnah is transmitted on “as is” as Dictated by Allah and his Prophet(pbuh).
I try to keep my faith and my beliefs to myself, the primary reason of myself being ignorant and non-practicing most of the time. Although ocassionally I might go to sites that oppsoe my view point just to see what they are making up. Thank you Ibrahim for your long reply... look's really huge, but nothing else.

I can understand why Shah Jahan is giving the warning. Some people here call the Shias kaffirs and that they are worse than the Jews.

Are Ismailis (Aga khan) shias? I think they are not same with Iranian Shia? Am I right?
How can we know which sect is Shia and who isn’t Shia? What I mean is do you have something like us Sunnah wal jammah or Shia wal jammah?
