People wont be counting your shortcomings to you, on your face. Mostly they will be praising, true or false, thats it. So there is no point asking regarding the feed back. 
All you need is some sincere friends. Sincere friend are honest and true to you.

Now since I got your attention. Some people give you feedback about your personality on your face. Sometimes you find out from a third party what someone thinks about you . Right ? Based on that you should have a self image. So what do you think about yourself ? Are you pretty ? Smart ? Honest ? Self confident ? Self made ? etc etc
