was never into Star Wars but watched them as a kid since there was hardly any option. After that, we had to take anything and everything that PTV could manage to show, as Lajawab mentioned the Star Trek..Generation Next and all. These were still interesting. However, one needs to be a Sci-Fi lover in order to appreciate it.

Can't stand Star Wars. I remember quite vividly walking out of the theatre after seeing the original at 12 years old thinking that it was simplistic and childish.
I have never seen another episode. God willing I won't have to.
I hate, hate, hate the idiotic names given to both characters and geographic places.
They make me cringe. I now struggle reading some of the books to my 5 year old son (a huge fan). Everytime I hear the words "Mos Espa", "Jar Jar", "Sebulba"...whatever, I try not to impose my abject hatred of this series on him and I soldier on despite the fact that it can make me throw up just a bit in my mouth. That's what fathers do.

Bigg biggg fan of Star Trek...specially Voyegar :D don't like original old star trekk tooo boring and old school. I also used to watched DS9 a lotttttt.
I am ok with Star wars....but not too crazy about them...they are kinda weird.
Harry potter never really liked it...too kiddish for my taste.

I love all three! Except, the last three Star Wars movies were just terrible. The original three were good.
The only Star Trek that I became completely obsessed with was The Next Enterprise. I could not get into the rest of them.

Holy $hit, that’s comic genius!!
Anyway, I never got into Star Wars… I tried, found the effects crap in the original films and the plots really boring. In fact I think I fell asleep, drool and everything, when I tried watching the re-release in theaters 4-5 years ago.
Now LOTR, that’s just gold. It’s based on a classic piece of literature, that helps.

Ok so I have seen the third LOTR and happen to like gandalf and the king and have also seen parts of one of the harry potter movies, don;t know which one though. see we can be friends, yes we can!
