Its natural to be impressed by the dominant people, but i do not beleive that tehy are superior. At different times in the history of mankind, different races have seen glory. At times it had been the egyptians, others Africans etc.

This age is the age of whites, a couple of centuries later it may be mongoloids or Asiads.

What part of town are you living in? You have to live in the midwest if you'd like a casserole, darling :) We have block parties here three times a year, and cassroles for new neighbors, new babies, and funerals are still de rigeur. Fantastic and friendly neighbors are one of the reasons we stay in the midwest.

I think if this neighborhood wasn't primarily populated by people with school-age children that we wouldn't all get together so often.
