In any case, H&S should not be used on a regular basis. Limited use to take care of dandruf, and thats all. Its not a daily use shampoo, anyway.

for dandruff use Neutrogena T-Gel shampoo
i had dandruff...and i did everything i did to get rid of it...but no use. neutrogena t-gel got rid of it.

I just can’t find the right shampoo! I have an itchy scalp, but head and shoulders seems to make it worse. these days i have been using pert plus. its nothing special.

You might wanna try Loreal those orangey white bottles. When I did highlights, it did wonders and rejuvinated the hair from dry to silky smooth. Try it out.
I mostly use palmolive, couse ammi hamesha wohi le kar aati haye.

ahh i was hooked on Pantene long time ago but when they changed their line of products and stopped making 2-in-1 and many other things i just stopped and started using Herbal essence for few months. That really messed up my hair , it was very dry 
After few months i switched to Thermasilk. It was alright but since i don’t blowdry my hair everytime, my hair started looking dull whenever i used it. i gave it up after few months as well. Then i tried Fructis for about a year…damn…it leaves white stuff residue in your hair. Now finally i am back to my old pal Pantene which is working fine so far.

Im hooked to timoti aloe vera for a few months now.The one im using now is with added mint plus light conditioner.Its good,im attracted to herbal things more frequently :)
I hated herbal essence though.I couldnt even comb my hair after getting them washed with that shampoo :(

Nazoral for dandruff is good shampoo , my huuby use it . i also change shamops often , nowadays i am using Respons Garnier in green , smells very nice ..mostly i keep changing shampos like Pantene, Dove, Loreal , Respons and some others.
Head and Shoulders.. makes my hair silky and smooth as well as bouncy.
The most hated and dreaded lol is Pantene.. It literally Breaks my hair into pieces haha.
Herbal Essences is VERY Bad without the Conditioner lol.> SO if you intend to use it.. Use a conditioner too..
