I like shan's... sindhi biryani masala, nihari, bbq, tikka....
i have all of them :)
it gives a very good taste to the food.

Shan Chaat Masala, and the Shan Chicken Tikka/Tandoori chicken masala. I use like half a tablespoon of the tandoori/tikka masala for color and fragrance when marinating. Works great. Same with Bombay Special Biryani, half a tablespoon and it gives a slight oomph to my biryani. =]

Shaan chicken jalfrezi and butter chicken....those are the two I use most often, love them!

Whenever I am cooking I use

Laziza: Pulao Biryani, Payee

National: Jalferazi

Shan: BBQ, Haleem, Nihari

This also reminds me that before SHAN and everyone else (perhaps late 80) there used to be NASEEM masaley and specially Naseem Nihari masala was :k:

Shaan Bombay biryani or sindhi biryani
Haleem from shaan
Tandoori masala from shaan

From what I have experienced, National is way better than Shan. Shan spices are darker :bummer:
