this is exactly how kids in my khandaan sleep, including yours truly (as a bacha 40 years ago).. apparently its called the sphinx pose, and is common among those that are eager to get back to the fun ways of wakefulness.

I get the best sleep when I sleep on my right side but those are the nights I will always miss my alarm also.

So, when I need to wake up early I sleep on my left and when I dont have to wake up early I sleep on my right.

Strange, isnt it?

On my right. I usually toss and turn a bit, but end up on my right.

Of course during pregnancy nothing worked.

I sleep on my side or half side half back, legs or one leg curled up. I change positions a lot though so not one particualr side i favour. I used to get bad neck ache till i changed my pillow. interesting article nisha :)

I sleep on my back most of the time, but when falling asleep I do turn sideways, though I can't sleep in that position for too long.
