Which is worst?

Mabs, sometimes skin looks wrinkled because we're not drinking enough water, so keep yourself hydrated and get sufficient sleep. I've read that friction against the pillow while we sleep can contribute toward facial wrinkles and that using a satin pillow case can help alleviate that.

Try applying olive oil.....that might diminish the appearance of wrinkles.

If you want something more aggressive, then try a cream containing retin-A. Retin-A is said to be proven to reduce the appearance of lines. But it's strong and you'll have to use sunblock when going out in the day.

Take a multivitamin in case the above problems are a result of nutritional deficiencies and eat healthy (plenty of fruits, veggies, and proteins). Excercise to promote circulation.

You can try applying cucumber or potato slices or chilled tea bags to help with the dark circles. I've read that sleeping with two pillows under your head prevents fluid from collecting underneath your eyes and causing bags.

That's all I know. Hopefully our beauty expert, Gina, will suggest some effective remedies.
