I admit killing non-combatant civilians is wrong and those that do it are terrorists and bla bla bla but Americans, British, Israelis and their allies are the biggest terrorists ever, bigger terrorists than those who blow up planes, because they’ve been doing it for far far longer and on a larger scale with the support/indifference of their people and from a position of responsibility as leaders of states. The blood of Muslims and the blood of their own people is on Bush and Blairs hands, they are resposnsible for it first and foremost before the terrorists who blow themselves up, because their actions are a direct result of what Bush and Blair are doing to the Muslim World.
How many White Americans or White British people do you see who are apologetic or condemning of the great atrocities their governments are committing and aiding against our Muslim people all around the world? Are we that fcuking selfish that we turn a blind eye to our brethren, our people and rim gora butt at every opportunity just so our luxuries don't get taken off us and we don't get deported?
How many of them are shamed of the rape which the White man of British origin committed against Black-Africans, Aborigine-Australians, Native-Americans, Maori-NewZealanders, South-Asians and dozens of other peoples for hundreds and hundreds of years????? Sometimes I think we should go back home and let them keep their crappy countries but then I think they have no more right than us over this land, if they want to see us out they should get all their expat whites back from all the countries they raped and conquered and now call their homes and settle them on the turd sized island they originated and leave the land of Cherokee, Aborigines and Maori people.
Live with your head held high and if anyone fcuks with you smack them one, if White Americans are not ashamed of and couldn't care less what their goverment is doing in their name with their tax money then why should we feel ashamed if some Tom, Dick or Harry from our community does something bad?

So sad to hear that ..... i think we muslims will not be accepted in these countries, and i don't blame all on the locals. It's their country after all. Things look like will get even worse in future (nauzbillah).
Re-read your own post ..... your incident was based on muslim-hatred. It's other thing that those people could not identify you as a non-muslim (hindu/sikh or whatever you are).

Sad to hear this.. this shows howsoever we fight against each other(Indians, Pakistanis, Sikhs, muslims, Hindus, Punjabis etc. etc.) but when it comes to get such a shabby treatment, we get it all and get hurt the same way.. sad to hear your story Ira.. yeah, there's an element in the white people that'll never go away- looking down at the brownies.. it is so much that sometimes you see that in mixed couples (gori wife, desi husband etc.)

All: Thank you for your responses. I could have said a thousand things to him but then again, what would that gain me?? A shouting match with a baised and prejudiced person will put me in the same place as him and i dont want that. But i am glad i said something instead of just taking it all in.
For those who think moving back to the homeland is an option, i used to think the same. But after my recent trip, i realised i dont belong there either. I am not savvy or clever enough to function in taht kind of environment.
Also, i would hate to put all white folks in the same cateogary. I have worked with all kinds of people and encountered all kinds of experiences. After the earthquakes in Pak, my coworkers came upto me and asked if i had family in the stricken areas. I was really touched by them. Alot of ppl i know (who are "local") are against what the US Govt does abroad, especially in the way it handles the Middle East situations.

Ira, I am sorry these things do happen.
Once I was flying from Charlotte in US Airways and during the flight, the airhostess came up to me and asked, Are you a Muslim? Pakistani? etc. I was like kind of shocked! and said No, I am a Hindu. She apologised profusely and said, she was relieved!. I was surprised and asked her, what's the problem if I was a Muslim? and added, I am disappointed that a professional like her had to ask me so many questions on my religion.
Well, these are troubled times and we need to be more prepared to face these situations.

I was going co-op with out getting payed.
So I took this job at gas station. This white guy use to come there.
One day he brought me a coupan for free candy bag. I told him I couldn't take it since I wasn't informed.
He showed that rapper to me and said"learn to read english"
I was so mad but people around there supported that white guy thinking i was giving him hard time.
A week later i went to bank to deposit money through drive thorough.
Next to bank there was a body shop and between them only enough place for one car.
While i was passing infront of that place i saw him driving down between bank and workshop.

When i saw him comming I stopped my car for no reason blocking his way.
He could see that too.
then i look at him --he did recognized me --and then he wont look at me he looked left right but not stright at me.
I wait for like a min for him to say some thing but he chickened out.
I felt good
Next when he cameat gas station after a month he was like most well behaved person ever.

I have experienced such things in the past. I would love to ask such people if they are willing to say what they are saying infront of authorities. Perhaps ask them if they want to take a stroll to my lawyers office or perhaps the local police station and then rant away. However, I think they will decline my offer.

I was coming back from work and decided to stop at the gas station to fill up the car. At the intersection right before the gas place, the signal was yellow while i was crossing it. A pedestrian (white guy, early 50s or so) tried to stand in the middle of the road and stop me. I thought he was trying to flag a cab. So i am at the gas station while he walks up to me and tells me this is America where they follow the road signs. And proceeded ont elling me what a red means and i should just go back to the country i came from. I was so dumb founded, and still managed to say, "Sir, are you the only American around here, you think?". And he tells me more stuff on how immigrants arent Americans etc etc. I was so angry and shaking but controlled myself and ignored him so he walks away. Paid for the gas and i was almost in tears driving back.
I have heard this happening to ppl but it has never happened to me like this. So this is the America where you can yell at ppl for running red, excuse me yellow lights but its ok to keep hundreds of ppl in Guantnamo Bay and also to do what we do to Iraqis?
And while we are at the topic, where should i really go back to?? Born in Bahrain, raised in Oman, pakistani by nationality, now a US citizen, where do i really belong to? After working in the USAF, is uppose i am still brown enough not to be welcome here and go back to "my country" whichever it is.
You should have told him unless he himself was a Native American, he may have only contributed to how the imigrants ruined America.
