I would say newyork, they have all kind of traffic rules still drivers have bad attitude and they lack sanity. plus its super duper crowdy.

and yeah i agree with Xeno's comments about driving in pakistan.

I used to live in Saudi, and compared to Pakistan driving and traffic was 150X better. Just my opinion.

omg, i remember when i went to Kashmir last time, the driver was taking the car around the tricky Mountains, he was just speeding and beeping like crazy to warn other cars tht he was coming, seriously scary....:CareBear:

For the City it has to be East London...... and i am only talking about bus drivers here (specially the Bendy Bus drivers).... lol for some reason they cant drive....and i mean it....I wonder who employed them..... They drive soooo slowwwwww...They should come to me for training.....

all i have to say is I absolutely had people that drive in the left lane 5 miles below the speed limit and refuse to move when you tailgate or highbeam them.... the left lane is for passing.... why dont people understand that???
