^^^I think Allahabad (7 Indian prime ministers are linked to the city one way or another) … but then, Larkana is not far behind (3 Prime Ministers and 4th is going to be soon).

Larkana ka sayeen tou sayeen, Sayeen ka kutta bhie zahnee tour per Prime Minister hota hay … aur waqt aanay per Prime Minister ban bhie sakta hay.
