He is just mocking benazir’s twisted urdu accent/grammar, not making fun of you or your mother in anway.
Off topic but once during her public address in fron of Mazar-e-Quaid, time of Maghrib entered and when she heard an azaan during her speech, she truned around and asked someone “kya azaab baj (buj) rahaa hai?” 
. Yup that was our leader of Islamic Republic of Pakistan…
