So few countries are already known, like Switzerland, UK, Spain etc. They are out of question.
Where else could he open one?

- Bermuda
- Monaco
- San Marino ... ...

Pakistan has top class banks now with booming financial sector. I am sure he open his account in Pakistan. Won't he?
