Like I sometimes say; Bad things do happen to good people. It is not always punishment but we have to see as a reason unseen to us. All things happen for a reason...
You and I might not like it...at times we ask God "why!"..and become angry and cannot bear to live with the losses , but there is always a reason. We are merely going to live a small time on this earth so be nice to other people and hopefully (inshAllah) personal disasters will avoid you.
