hmmm well all i can tell you is from my 24 years of experience, living in India and 4 years of experience living here in UK.
hmmm there is a vast difference in way you live here and the way you live there, in general and people always tend to compare two countries keeping in mind local public in Indo/Pak and local public in UK (goras) so definitely it is very different, but if you compare desis in UK and local public in India/pak it is not that different...you will still respect your elders be here or there...you will still value your character more, you will still be obedient and stuff
major difference will be the civic sense, basic necessities, climate ofcourse, basic infrastructure and stuff...also, you will feel more at home there than here :D
