If you see no single airline flies to all these countries. Even when an airline flies to many regions, they allocate crew to specific routes. Everyone cannot go everywhere; if you remember when PIA sent a new crew to Nepal in 1992, the Airbus300 crashed new Khatmandu airport killing everybody on board. Although PIA officially blamed poor avionics but in reality it was a wrong aircraft (should have been aribus310 or Boeing 737-300) and a new crew.

I do not work for airline industry but I work for a very large global company.
