NaMaan the technical definition of flooder (which most people confuse with something else) is the one who posts 3 consecutive replies in a row or just goes into threads here and there and posts smilies only. People think it’s someone who talks a lot but that’s not the technical definition. Having conversations as much as you’d like is encouraged whereas wasting resourcing is discouraged. though i am a punjabi, i don't know the exact meaning... i doubt anyone knows here

it is a term used for a chalak person who does a lot of lagai bujhaai (i.e. present facts or lies in a manner that has the potential to make people fight or cause misunderstandings)
