I like to talking to friends/SO when I am sad. I can NOT pretend to be happy when I am not. It just doesn’t happen.

Recently, I started journalling every time I feel sad or any other negative feeling. It helps TREMENDOUSLY.

Yup. I can’t for the life of me keep a happy face for too long if I feel like crap. However, it’s so much easier to say yes I’m fine and just get on with it.
