Um, I am not god or something who controls the environment and weather in Dubai. Not in my hands, dude. Plus we are talking about lice and nits in Pakistan, not dandruff in Dubai.

Every kid/individual in Pak does not have nits or lices in their hair either, 2 out of 10 might make sense but "like every kid in Pak has them" is just going slightly overboard.
