I don’t know what husbands do, but this is what i’d do:

Remain calm yourself. Listen to what she is saying even if she’s yelling at the top of her lungs. When she is finished, just smile and ask politely ‘Are you done?’. Then you can talk to her and ask what is wrong, chances are she will tell you more specifically in a calmer tone.
