I once heard a scholar say that starting to give your child an Islamic upbringing as soon as he/she is born is starting too late…their upbringing starts when you select your spouse, the person who will be their mother/father. Its part of the rights of the child that their parents select a good, righteous parent for them, who will raise them well
Besides that, I agree with that the other said. Start right from the start, even if the baby cant talk yet, at least they will grow familiar with everything if they see it as a constant in their life. When you are feeding them, always saying Bismillah..and then as they start to speak, encouraging them to say it with you..etc

True…I don’t disagree with anything said here…

but sometimes things don’t work out that way!
