When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka'aba from Syria...

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka'aba from Syria...

I agree, thank you Lajawab for bringing it up and good writing!

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka'aba from Syria...

i agree, that was well written, and the plot seems rather plausible. :/

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka'aba from Syria...

scary. Seems so near. I'ld start praying and seeking forgiveness.

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka'aba from Syria...

There's that hadeeth about the army from khurasan with black banners, some say that it refers to the taliban, anyone know anything about that?

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka'aba from Syria...

You know Lajawab, I appreciate your post and making us think about this. The world is turning at a pace that I cannot keep up with and things have gotten too complicated. I can see arguments on both sides and see the right and wrong from both parties. I don't have any simple answers but I know that I am seeking simplicity in my life. I am looking for spiritual truth in my Islam and just that. I don't want any more politics, I'm disstressed and tired of that. I also don't have a very opitimistic view for Muslims in the West. I am actively considering going "back" but I don't know where to go. The Kaabah being destroyed would make me join whatever army was defending the Kaaba. I can see it happen one day but I wish the end of times wasn't so bloody and painful. It is already the day when being a Muslim is as hard as holding burning coal in your hand.

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka'aba from Syria...

That's because you did not even read what was in the original post... you just came to spread hate:

open your eyes and read the following again

... those who would be fighting [the few true Muslims of that time along with Jesus], will receive a reward of martyrdom which would be equal to the rank of the martyrs of Uhud and Badr...

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka’aba from Syria…

As is Jesus, the Prince of Peace, would ever lead an army and fight. :nono:

Not every prophet is a warrior.

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka’aba from Syria…

TUMS exactly my thoughts.

I would love to be with the Muslim army who will be defending Kabah. Ever since I came to this country I always think about going back. As time flys you learn so much from it. Now I feel like heading to Kabah instead of Pakistan.

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka’aba from Syria…

You know so little yet come to argue here…

**
Moses leading armies just one of many instances:**
http://www.interhack.net/projects/library/antiquities-jews/b4c7.html

Now Moses sent an army against the land of Midian, for the causes forementioned, in all twelve thousand, taking an equal number out of every tribe, and appointed Phineas for their commander; of which Phineas we made mention a little before, as he that had guarded the laws of the Hebrews, and had inflicted punishment on Zimri when he had transgressed them.

fifty-two thousand beeves, seventy-five thousand six hundred sheep, sixty thousand asses, with an immense quantity of gold and silver furniture, which the Midianites made use of in their houses; for they were so wealthy, that they were very luxurious. There were also led captive about thirty-two thousand virgins.

Numbers
31:3And Moses spake unto the people, saying, Arm some of yourselves unto the war, and let them go against the Midianites, and avenge the LORD of Midian.

31:4Of every tribe a thousand, throughout all the tribes of Israel, shall ye send to the war.

31:5 So there were delivered out of the thousands of Israel, a thousand of every tribe, twelve thousand armed for war.
31:6 And Moses sent them to the war, a thousand of every tribe, them and Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest, to the war, with the holy instruments, and the trumpets to blow in his hand.

**

Words of Jesus:**

“Do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I came to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; and a man’s enemies will be the members of his household.” (Matthew 10:34-36 NASB)

I have come to cast fire upon the earth; and how I wish it were already kindled!" … “Do you suppose that I came to grant peace on earth? I tell you, no, but rather division; for from now on five members in one household will be divided, three against two and two against three.”… (Luke 12:49,51-53 NASB)

“If anyone comes to Me, and does not hate his own father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own life, he cannot be My disciple.” (Luke 14:26 NASB)

“Perhaps people think that I have come to cast peace upon the world. They do not know that I have come to cast conflicts upon the earth: fire, sword, war. For there will be five in a house: there’ll be three against two and two against three, father against son and son against father, and they will stand alone.”(Gospel of Thomas)

He didn’t fight then due to the treachery of the Jews…But by God, with the Muslims behind him, he will ravage every corner of the earth and unearth the very roots of infidelity against God…

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka'aba from Syria...

It is you that is brainwashed to think you know it all. Your propensity to mix religion and spirituality with violence does not mean it translates to the teachings of Jesus or those who think violence does not have any religious justifications.

Those who follow prophets of violence always use Matthew 10:34-36 to try to imply Jesus was anything but the Prince of Peace. Never I had heard that passage interpreted by a Christian to mean anything other than it was Jesus' way of saying his message would result in strife, but that wasn't his purpose.

The New Testament is filled with Jesus' message of peace, tolerance, love and forgiveness. To try to trump that with a couple of misinterpreted passages is pathetic. I suppose it is a way to make you feel better about following prophets who advocated violence and killing.

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka’aba from Syria…

That’s your interpretation…Almost every Prophet (peace be upon them) fought…They all brought strife…

The Quran is a message of peace, tolerance, love and forgiveness…However, that doesn’t stop your media and ‘experts’ on Islam from misquoting, misinterpreting and taking verses out of context from it…

Why does it anger you that I should point out a couple of verses from the Bible? They aren’t even out of context…Would you like me to start quoting the real violent ones from the Bible? Like how to cut the arms and make a necklace out of them?

Perhaps the Christian soldiers in Vietnam were doing the same thing when they were making necklaces out of the ears of living Vietnamese they cut them from…

If the US were to be allowed to run the show any longer, I see Vietnam all over the world…

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka’aba from Syria…

Did someone just learn a lesson?

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka’aba from Syria…

Spread hate? Hardly.

Try encouraging rational thought. Fundamentalists in all three of the Abrahamic faiths are interpreting current events in the middle east as signs of Armageddon.

No supreme being would create these conditions. If judgement day is near, chances are that irrational, intolerant buffoons like yourself are the ones who will be punished.

I’m intolerant of intolerant people, so maybe I’m not much better.

Enjoy your Kool Aid.

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka’aba from Syria…

interesting thread

Lajjo is da man :k:

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka'aba from Syria...

I have been with this forum for a long time now, & Lajjo, U are definitely amongst my jigars of gupshup. This read is truly Lajawab.

I have just one motto for the protection of my Kaaba, & that is to protect it no matter what the cost. I am prepared to do anything for it. I am from Makkah...

2 days away if I travel in a bus
20 hours away, if I travel in my car & speed to the max, to reach Makkah.
3-4 hours away if I travel in an aeroplane.

So I have kept all of my viable options open. Even if I have to reach there by foot, Allah willing I will do so, & protect it no matter what.

Lajjo, may Allah give us the power to fight off the evil. Ameen.

Mera sub kuch Allah ki mohabbat main qurbaan.

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka’aba from Syria…

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka’aba from Syria…

I think when the armageddon comes, there prolly will be no more planes in service and your Benz will also be useless. You better walk/run on foot. Start practicing by running marathons dawg :k:

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka’aba from Syria…

I will be scared thinkin that dajjal time is here and will be excited too b/c with that Prophet Eesa will appear.

Good Job lajjooo :k: It was fun reading it ..it really sketched the picture in my head …

[after reaadin all the replies…this is scary :frowning: ]

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka’aba from Syria…

Evidently not. Pray tell, what lesson should I glean from this class by religious intellectuals?

Re: When the Judeo-Christian armies attack Ka’aba from Syria…

 that is y I quit smoking more than a year back. Now its all guns.

Dude, there is also something known as 4x4s. The distance between Abu Dhabi & saudi border is a rough 6 hours…this is a desert track, & it is used year end, by devote racing fans, from both sides of the border. Then from there it is another few hours & we have riyadh & then finally Makkah.

The best option in this case would be a 4x4
