Nik, i don't think you're over reacting at all. I would think that after i've asked the boy and his parents that I don't like the touching ONCE, the next time it happens, I take the boy aside and say "listen buddy, i know what you're up to, i'm watching you, if you touch her again, I will get the boogie man to come get you at night while you're sleeping and he will yank out all your teeth"
problem solved.
