Most of the damage India is doing to Pakistan is through Afghanistan. That is not possible for them to do without the permission of USA, so in a way they are just being their outsourced laborers in Afghanistan, and it will all stop once USA withdraws from Afghanistan.

Whenever they have a master in A-Stan there is terrorism in Pakistan.
