Hello everyone…

Well some of you may remember my posts…others may not…

I think the last time I posted…Mr X was kind of being forced into a arranged marriage and he did not know if he loved me (we are such close friends who shared such a intense connection)

Anyway since then…I have started going out for meals with other men and seeing Mr X (friends like he said)…but he has become really jealous…and jealous I mean…I am on a date…and hes pranking my phone every five mins…then texts “where r u” “answer your phone” “why u not answering your phone” …I text him when I get home…and he wants to know every fine detail…" “do u have connection like we have” etc etc

I have said I am confused as Mr X will always be the “one” and I know that.

He now says things like “your beautiful” “why are u so pretty” " You have a special place in my heart" " If any other guy touches you I will kill them"

He also asks things…and it seems as though he is kinda waiting for my reply…to say" I love u" but after last time I wont be the first to say this…

I dont think he ever told his dad about me…but was maybe waiting untill he was 100% sure about me…as from what I know in Islam…when u realise u love someone, the family usually encourage to marry asap to avoid sin being committed.

Would a guy get sooooo jealous and accuse u of cheating if they did not feel anything?

I went for a meal with other men because he said we were friends so WTF!!!

Look, I only read about half your post…but seriously…it’s getting pathetic. And I’ve been there…I’ve analyzed every little thing someone said or done…and I’d ask my friends to intepret actions…and ask the same questions over and over again about the same individual…and now that it’s been ages since I moved on…and I look back at myself from their eyes and viewpoint…yeah it was rather sad and pathetic.

^Sorry, if that sounds harsh. But the FACT that you have created this thread to ask about whether or not the same guy was jealous…raises the question as to whether you are truly “over” him or not.

Let’s assume that he is indeed jealous. And you stop dating and moving on with your life…and run back to him. He, being as spineless as he is, is going to treat you in the SAME chitty way that he did before. Once again he’ll be wishy-washy…he’ll ignore you…show you mixed signals…and once more you’ll find yourself stressing over his inconsistent behavior.

When he HAD you…when you were actually with him…he didn’t give a chit about you. He didn’t have the courage to stand up to family and make a commitment to you. And now that he doesn’t have you…he’s chasing after you like a lovesick puppy. Don’t confuse that for love, okay. That’s his wounded ego and pride talking. If he really loved you…he would have treated you better when you were with him.

Seems you’re looking for hope…again. He’s pathetic…and you’re also to blame for the mess you ALLOW yourself to go through this…when you KNOW you always have the option to ignore it completely.

if that is the case, then leave him and get life, you will inshsAllah get good guy.
