when a man (should i call him a man?) is half hearted,
he does not have any heart at all.
when he makes the proposal
he finds that it is of no value to him, so what the heck
just spit the words out.
when he says that he looks forward to be with you
he is actually running away, fast, without looking back.
when he is proposing you, at age 30
he is basically voiding it already since his parents have to make up his mind for him
they forced him to be what he is
why not this important decision too
he thinks he is winning
he the loser in all respects for all times to come
that is her fear
and yet, he is running away
his mind has been made up for him
world says, who cares,
i say, i do.
