Hmmm.. I was actually thinking about doing that myself, I’ve not really heard of the “raw food movement” before but it just occured to me I should start eating raw because it’s healthy…
I can eat uncooked fish (sushi) and vegetables but the thought of meat is just yukh, apprently red meat is perfectly fine raw but white meat (poultry/flesh of swine) is not. I have a friend who eats raw meat, his mum wanted to make some chilli one day so we went to the butcher for her and on the way home he kept eating chunks of the mince we’d bought… :yukh:

Is wheatgrass the same as wheatgerm? Anyway, if it’ll take a year to show some effects then i don’t think i’ll try it, plus it’s kinda pricey…

$2 a shot is not bad if you are getting more than the RDA of vitamins and minerals. A yearly cost of supplements far exceeds a daily $2 wheatgrass shot.
Can you grow the damn thing in a pot ? :D
