I normally drink green tea at night before going to bed…

I drink 10-15 glasses of waters daily as well :bummer:

I think it comes out to $4 or so...which is still expensive but a small price to pay to wake up and have a good day! :)

sharab gets me going.

quanitity, depends, sometimes a few sips are enough, sometimes large quantities.
the also depends on the type of sharab.

They are not. Oh me goodness.
For me, it's plain ol' brewed coffee. With cream and sugar.

I heard non-alcoholic vodka is also available in the market..

sharaab doesn't always equate to alcohol

for moi, tis gotta be a cup of coffee and a couple of cups of green tea during the day. This is in stark contrast with my situation just a couple of months back when I required almost 5 - 7 cups of coffee a day.

as long is it is not some psyah-faam its okay mate.

I guess the most unhealthy thing I take is a soft drink. I like colas the best but I don't drink them that often either. I also like coffee, but I don't need any to get me going. Coffee has never been effective in waking me up. I can drink one just before going to sleep and it won't have any effect (that I know of) on my sleep.
