Re: whats your goal?
lets hear it ....what is it exactly that you want to achieve in short or in long term...?..is it that u wanna gain weight...muscle mass, loose fat..etc?.. and what are the steps you're taking to achieve your goal? (i.e are u keeping ur diet in control?.. are you working out ?.. any other physical activity u do?..swimming?..martial arts etc?.. )
Working out for me is like eating, sleeping and going to the bathroom :D It's a part of my everyday routine and I plan on continuing it for the long haul.
I'm not looking to gain any weight (although some may say i need to) or reduce it. I am looking to get long lean muscles and strengthen my core, burn fat, maintain stamina, endurance, reduce stress, maintain a healthy lifestyle overall, and last but not least I just want to look and feel great.
To achieve my goal I work out 5-6 days a week and eat healthy (for the most part). I do a variety of different things for cardio and strength training....pilates, dance (ie zumba- latin american dance), kickboxing, jogging, power walking, rollerblading (when the weather permits), lifting weights, using the ball (for strength training), resistance bands, and participate in various strength training classes at the gym.
