Hmmm favourite desi dish has to be pit roasted goat meat..............mmmmmmmmmmm i'm hungry already,
For those of you who are wondering..... it's a very primitive style of cooking but despite that the tase is what matters and for me there is nothing better than pit roast, with dates and water.
