hmmm, good question. Don't think i have a favorite. Plus appetizers can vary from one cuisine to the other. But here are a few items:)
soup (hot & sour/chicken corn) and egg rolls. I also just had tortilla soup at California Pizza Kitchen yesterday, and it was YUM. And tomato bisque from Urban Flats is very nice as well.

Stuffed mushrooms **are nice
Chicken wings
Flat breads; bread covered with herbs, cheese, basil, tomatoes.
Breads with dip/spread: Could be served with seasoned olive oil, fondue, spinach/artichoke dip, HUMMUS, what have you.

Quesadillas and Crepes

**Veggies and Dip **a healthy and fun way to get in those vegetables. I like guacamole too:)
Batter-fried butterfly shrimp.....Yummy!

Finger sandwiches**
Savory Stuffed Pastries....you know, those pastries stuffed with meat, cheese, spinach,etc.

Gol Guppay** aka Pani puri, but much betta! I love thos crispy shells stuffed with channay and potatoes. And drizzeled with yougurt and imli chutney.
Chaat Papri! It's this tangy yogurt chaat that contains chick peas, potatoes, tomatoes, imli ki chutney.........and then here comes the best part......it has mini fried paapars in it.....that give it that crunch! It's like mashed up gol guppay in a bowl.
